Terms of use

1. General provisions

The website spletnimojster.si and the brand Spletni Mojster are operated by Domen Narandža s.p., Jakopičeva ulica 9, 1230 Domžale, Slovenia (hereinafter the "provider" or "contractor").

The services are intended for business clients (B2B): companies, sole traders, organisations and other business entities. These terms are not designed for consumer sales to private individuals.

By using this website and ordering services, the visitor or client agrees to these general terms of use. If you do not agree with the terms, you may not use the website or the services.

2. Description of services

The provider offers information technology services, including:

• building and maintaining websites,
• developing custom software, web applications and SaaS solutions,
• implementing artificial intelligence solutions, chatbots and automations,
• consulting on digitalisation and process optimisation.

3. Subscription model for websites

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, website services operate on a rental or subscription basis.

• Ownership: the provider retains copyright and ownership of the source code, design, technical solution and the domain it registers for the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing. The client owns the content it provides for publication.
• Term: the subscription is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated.
• Termination: the client may terminate the subscription by written notice. The notice period is 30 days. After the notice period ends, access to the website and related services may be disabled.
• Buyout: buying out the website or transferring ownership of the code is possible by separate agreement.
• Publication and changes: once the website is published, the work is deemed accepted as the final version. The subscription includes up to 2 hours of minor changes per month; each additional hour is charged at €40 per hour unless agreed otherwise.

4. Custom software development

For purpose-built applications, CRM/ERP solutions, portals and integrations, rights and obligations are set out in the quote or a separate cooperation agreement.

• The contractor guarantees that the software works correctly in accordance with the approved specification.
• The contractor is not liable for errors caused by improper use, interventions by third parties or changes in external systems, unless maintenance has been agreed.

5. Artificial intelligence

For services that involve generative artificial intelligence, the client understands and accepts the limitations of AI systems.

• AI models can produce inaccurate or incomplete answers.
• The client is responsible for checking important information that the AI solution gives to users.
• Final use, content control and the accuracy of business information remain the responsibility of the client.

6. Prices and payment terms

All prices on the website are in euros (€). VAT is not charged because the provider is not registered for VAT.

• Monthly subscription: invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payment is due within 8 days unless agreed otherwise.
• Annual subscription: an agreed discount may be granted for paying one year in advance.
• In the event of late payment, the provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend services until outstanding amounts are paid.
• Prices on the website are for information only. Only a quote or contract confirmed in writing, setting out the final scope, price and deadlines, is binding.

7. Limitation of liability

The provider endeavours to ensure uninterrupted operation of the services, but is not liable for:

• service outages due to force majeure or problems with third-party infrastructure providers,
• loss of data resulting from unauthorised intrusion despite reasonable security measures,
• business damage or lost profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.

8. Protection of personal data

We process data in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy. Contract processors may be involved in delivering the services, such as the hosting provider Neoserv, email service providers, an accounting service and external AI/API providers, where needed to deliver the agreed service.

9. Final provisions

The provider reserves the right to change these general terms. Clients will be notified of material changes by reasonable means. These terms and the cooperation are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia.
