When you fill in the form on the Contact page or on our service pages, we may collect:

  • your full name,
  • email address,
  • phone number, if you provide it,
  • the selected service, package or purpose of the inquiry,
  • the content of your message and project description.

Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or legitimate interest in business communication.

2.2. Technical data

When you visit the website, the server may automatically log data needed for security and operation:

  • your device's IP address,
  • date and time of access,
  • browser and operating system type,
  • visited URLs and technical error logs.

We use this data to ensure stability and security and to fix technical problems.

2.3. AI chat on the website

The website may offer an AI chat to answer visitors' questions faster. When you use the chat, the conversation content, time of communication and technical data needed to run the service may be processed.

Do not enter sensitive personal data, trade secrets or data you are not entitled to share into the chat. To run the AI chat we use an external AI provider, such as OpenAI or a comparable provider, where needed to prepare an answer.

The website uses cookies and similar technologies for technical operation, to improve the user experience and, with your consent, for visitor analytics.

Analytics tools are used only if appropriate consent has been given. The data is used to understand visits and improve the site.

  • an accounting service, where needed to issue or store invoices.

Contract processors may process data only for the purposes for which they are involved in delivering the service, and subject to appropriate contractual, technical and organisational measures.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

7. Data retention

We keep inquiry data for up to 1 year after communication ends if no business relationship is formed. If we do work together, we keep data for as long as needed to deliver the service, provide support, evidence agreements and meet legal obligations.

We usually keep technical and server logs for up to 6 months, unless longer retention is needed because of a security incident, troubleshooting or legal claims. Accounting and tax data is kept in line with statutory periods.
